Directions

Adults (18 years and over): 1 scoop, 1 time per day. 1 level scoop into 375–500 mL cold water (bottle, glass, or other container). Shake or stir for at least 30 seconds or until contents are mixed well. Consult a physician for use beyond 12 weeks.
